Guidelines for PAPER SUBMISSION
Paper submission in final layout - 16 March to 30 April
Review and revision - 1 May to 15 July
After review of all abstracts submitted to CISBAT 2023, the scientific committee will inform authors of its decisions by 15 March. Authors of accepted abstracts in all categories (oral and poster, remote and on-site presentation) are invited to submit a full paper by 30 April 2023 for presentation at CISBAT 2023 and inclusion in the CISBAT 2023 Special Issue of IOP's Journal of Physics: Conference Series, indexed by Scopus, ISI Web of Science, EI Compendex and others (CC BY licence).

Once you have received notification that your proposal has been accepted, please write a paper according to the instructions given below and submit it via the CISBAT Submission Tool.
Important:
- The paper must be edited in MS Word or in LaTeX,
using the template provided by IOP

- DIRECT SUBMISSION
- It must not exceed 6 pages (including abstract, acknowledgements and references). Instructions must be followed strictly as any layout corrections will delay the publishing process of the entire proceedings. We aim to publish the open access proceedings online by 15 November 2023 at the latest.
- Do not forget to add acknowledgements for funding! Funding agencies may require this to accept your publication as a deliverable. Also consider adding an credit author statement.

by 15 November 2023 | Publication in CISBAT 2023 special issue of Journal of Physics: Conference Series |
In the final acceptance notification, we will ask you to:
- indicate which author will present the paper (click field next to author name)
- enter basic biographical details of presenter
- update your abstract in the conference application
By submitting a paper authors implicitly agree with the
IOP
license agreement
They also agree that 1) at least one author will attend
the conference (on-site or remotely)
to present it and 2) the paper can be made available as part
of the proceedings on paper,
electronic supports and online in Journal of Physics:
Conference Series*.
*) On written request at submission, exceptions can be made
regarding online publication
in Journal of Physics Conference Series.
Papers will be presented during oral and poster sessions. After the conference, the papers will be published in the proceedings (Journal of Physics: Conference Series CISBAT Special Issue) subject to author registration valid after payment of the registration fee and presentation at conference (oral or poster, on-site or remotely).
The publishers also reserve the right to reject a paper, even after acceptance by the CISBAT scientific committee, if it does not meet their publishing licence terms and conditions. Note that the paper must not have been published before (other than in a research thesis or dissertation which fact has been notified to the conference organizer in writing).Authors are kindly requested to register by 15 June. The conference fee will be returned should a paper be refused.
A best paper prize will be awarded at the conference.
