WHAT DO THE FEES INCLUDE ?

The basic conference fees for IN-PERSON attendance include :

  • attendance at all plenary and technical sessions and workshops
  • access through the hybrid conference platform to filmed presentations and posters for 2 months
  • visits
  • refreshments, buffet lunches
  • open access publication of proceedings in IOP's Journal of Physics: Conference Series
  • access to a pre-version of the conference papers

Not included in the basic fee are the evening event, travel and accommodation costs.

The basic conference fees for ONLINE ATTENDANCE include :

  • real-time access to plenary and technical sessions
  • on-screen presentation (filmed) and subsequent real-time interaction with participants, technical connections permitting
  • online networking through conference platform
  • access to online showroom containing all posters and pitch presentations
  • access to filmed presentations for 2 months
  • access to a pre-version of the conference papers
  • open access publication of proceedings in IOP's Journal of Physics: Conference Series
  • BONUS: a second registration for online participation at the much reduced price of CHF 50, for non-presenters only (access code will be sent within a week from registration)

Student rates are available to all students including PhD students. The organisers reserve their right to request a proof of student status.
